Personal information

Chill Innovation stores the information you provide us in order to carry out orders - including name, address, telephone, e-mail and trade data that concerns you.

We register and disclose your personal information in order to provide our services to you. This includes, but not limited to; Carriers (Postnord, GLS, DAO, DHL, Shipmondo), Payment Service Providers (Quickpay, Viabill), Accounting (Economic), Newsletter/e-mail handling (Brevo) and Live Chat (Smartsupp). We do not disclose or sell to third parties for his commercial business.

Personal data is stored on servers in Denmark/EU. Some personal information is administered by a third party (data processor) that stores and processes personal information on our behalf pursuant to this data policy and the applicable privacy data protection laws.

The information is kept for the time allowed by law and we delete them when they are no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general timeframe for when information is deleted. Accounting data is required to be kept for a minimum of 5 years.

All card payments are secured through 3rd party payment gateway (Quickpay). We do not store and process any sensitive card information.

Registration and unsubscribe of newsletters can be found on the website as well as in the newsletters.

As registered you always have the rights to gain insight and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules in the GDPR Act. You have access to your orders and personal data in the customer area 'My Account', and can also make corrections as well as request deletion of data / account.

Rejecting and deleting cookies
